Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for weekend shifts in Columbus, OH. You will greet members, answer phones, sign up new members, and maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.

Qualifications

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, guests, and prospective members.
• Support strong team performance and be attentive to member needs.
• Handle opening/closing duties and ensure a clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using scripts.
• Greet and sign up new members, tour facilities, and log amenities.
• Respond to questions promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at POS.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
