Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, operates over 200 clubs nationwide and serves more than one million members. We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in Belmont, NC, starting at $11 per hour with increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months based on anniversary date.

Responsibilities include greeting members, answering questions, processing purchases through POS, promoting PE@PF classes, and maintaining a clean, safe club environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job description

Planet Fitness Part- Time: Starting at $11 per hour. Evenings and weekend availability.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
