Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Northampton, MA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support Planet Fitness members in a Judgement Free environment.

Starting at $15 per hour with hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Hours: Monday 4pm-10pm and coverage as needed. Growth opportunities, PTO, and a supportive team culture accompany this role.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
