Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for Planet Fitness clubs. You will provide a superior member experience, greet and assist members, log amenities and handle purchases at the POS system.

The role involves promoting fitness classes, responding to questions, and keeping the club clean and safe. Availability includes weekday evenings and weekend shifts; hourly increases occur at set intervals after the first year.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job description

Part- Time: Starting at $11 per hour.

Availability: Weekday Evenings 3:00pm/4:00pm-11:00pm; Open availability on Weekends 6:45am-1:00pm or 1:00pm-7:00pm

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
