Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests in a friendly, Judgement Free environment.

The role focuses on delivering superior service, answering phones, greeting members, processing sign-ups, and promoting fitness classes. We offer growth opportunities, competitive pay with regular hourly increases, benefits, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
