Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Planet Fitness members with a friendly, professional experience. This part-time role offers afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts, with hourly increases based on time in service and milestones.

Starting at $15 per hour, the position includes PTO, shift-differential pay for select shifts, an Employee Assistance Program, and a free Black Card Membership for staff.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on delivering friendly, professional member service.
• Ability to greet members and sign them up with accuracy.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner and use information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities.
• Respond to member questions promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through POS.
• Promote fitness classes to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
