Job summary

Planet Fitness in Pleasant Grove is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior Judgement Free member experience. You will answer phones, greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities while operating the POS.

You will promote our fitness classes, maintain a clean, welcoming club, and provide friendly, professional service to members and guests throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale; promote fitness classes.
