Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a high level of service to members and guests at our Millsboro, DE location. You will handle sign-ups, tours, and basic transactions while promoting our fitness classes and maintaining a clean club environment.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, reliability, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth within the franchise network and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills required to process transactions and sign-ups.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and greet members and guests.
• Sign up new members, log amenities, and tour facilities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
