Job summary

Planet Fitness in Winchester, VA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative. You will greet members, answer questions, process sign-ups and tours, and handle POS transactions while promoting fitness programs.

Responsibilities include delivering a superior member experience, maintaining a clean club, and supporting team success with friendly, professional service. Training and growth opportunities are available.

• Experience delivering superior customer service in a fast paced environment.
• Able to greet members and guests warmly and handle inquiries professionally.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly, helpful manner and assist with sign-ups and tours.
• Log amenities and process beverage or merchandise purchases via POS.
• Promote fitness classes and programs to members and guests.
• Keep the club environment clean, sanitized, and safe for all.

Part- Time: Starting at $12.77 per hour. Required hours Thursday & Friday 10am-3pm & Saturday &Sunday 9am-4pm.
