Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in the United States. You will greet members, sign up new members, and provide a welcoming, helpful experience at the club.

Responsibilities include handling phone inquiries, signing up guests, processing POS transactions, and promoting fitness classes. Desired candidates bring customer service experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to work 18+ with a positive, solution-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist members with information.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverages or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
