Planet Fitness - National Fitness Partners is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in North Carolina. The role focuses on delivering a Judgement Free member experience, greeting members, signing up new members, and answering questions with a friendly script.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Open availability Fri–Sun and evenings is mandatory.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones politely and greet, sign up, and tour new members.
• Log amenities and respond to member questions promptly.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
