Job summary

National Fitness Partners operates Planet Fitness locations and is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in Glen Burnie, MD. The role focuses on greeting members, answering inquiries, guiding tours, and processing sales with a friendly, judgment-free approach.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using a script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities.
• Process purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new sign-ups.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
