National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Planet Fitness location in Kernersville, NC. The role focuses on delivering a superior, judgement-free member experience, greeting and signing up members, giving tours, and guiding inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.

You will process purchases, promote fitness classes, and help maintain a clean, safe club environment in a fast-paced team setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and give tours when needed.
• Log amenities and respond to questions promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage and merchandise purchases at the POS.
• Promote fitness classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
