Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a Customer Service Representative at our Robinson, MD location. You will deliver a friendly, Judgement Free member experience, greet and sign up new members, and handle inquiries with professionalism.

The role emphasizes hospitality, basic computer tasks, and daily use of the POS system. Training, shift-differential pay, and strong growth pathways are available to motivated team members.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally.
• Process transactions at the point of sale.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members.
