Job summary

Planet Fitness in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional member service and support. You will greet guests, sign up new members, and log amenities while promoting fitness classes with a friendly, professional approach.

Responsibilities include handling phone inquiries, processing transactions at the POS, and keeping the club clean and safe. Flexible schedule and opportunities for growth are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Process beverages or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new joiners.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
