Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative in Massachusetts. You will provide a high level of member service, greet guests, sign up new members and tours, and log amenities. Competitive starting pay with scheduled increases and benefits support growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older; basic computer skills.
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems and club operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases via POS system.
• Promote fitness classes to members and guests; maintain a clean club environment.
