Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Enola, PA to support a Judgement Free member experience. Starting pay is $12.00 per hour, with increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversary dates.

We value accountability, drive, and a positive energy to help others. You will greet members, sign up new members, answer phones, process POS purchases, promote classes and maintain a clean, safe club

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to members and guests.
• Answer phones and greet members, sign up new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS and promote fitness classes.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Full - Time: Starting at $12.00 per hour.
