Job summary

National Fitness Partners in the United States is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior member experience at Planet Fitness clubs. You will handle member interactions with warmth, professionalism and a willingness to assist.

You will answer phones, greet members, sign up new members, log amenities, and process purchases, while actively promoting PE@PF classes. Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming gym environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle phones and greet members professionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes to active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
