Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Columbus, OH. You will provide exceptional service to Planet Fitness members, greet and assist guests, and manage sign-ups and tours. The role includes handling purchases at the POS and promoting fitness classes.

Starting pay is $12 per hour with hourly-increase milestones at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter. This full-time position offers benefits and growth opportunities.

• Greet members and log amenities using the POS system.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverages or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
