Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in the United States. The role starts at $12 per hour with raises at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months afterward based on anniversary date. Schedule Tuesday–Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Friday 1:15 PM to 9:15 PM.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to greet and assist members professionally.
• Ability to handle phones and respond to inquiries using scripts.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Basic familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests to ensure a Judgement Free experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 1pm - 9pm and Friday 1:15pm - 9:15pm

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
