Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in Milford, DE. Starting pay is $15 per hour with hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year based on anniversary dates.

Work hours are Monday‑Thursday, 10:00pm–4:00am, at a Planet Fitness location. As the largest Planet Fitness franchise, we value accountability, problem solving, passion, and ambition in a fast-paced gym environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and follow information scripts.
• Greet and sign up new members, give tours, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to existing and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
