National Fitness Partners is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support Planet Fitness members and guests. You will answer calls, greet and sign up new members, process purchases, and promote fitness classes in a clean, friendly club environment.

The role offers growth opportunities, shift-differential pay, PTO, and an Employee Assistance Program, with a starting wage of $11 per hour and scheduled hours on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11am to 3pm.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
