National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a full-time role starting at $12 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months after year one based on anniversary date. We serve over one million members across 200+ clubs, delivering a Judgement Free fitness experience.

You will greet members, sign up new members, log amenities, handle POS transactions, promote PE@PF classes, and maintain a clean,

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
