Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Planet Fitness team. Starting at $15 per hour, with scheduled shifts including weekends, you’ll help members and guests with a friendly, professional approach and maintain a welcoming club environment.

The role emphasizes building rapport, answering questions, processing purchases at the POS, and promoting our fitness classes while contributing to a clean, safe, Judgement Free experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Full - Time: Starting at $15 per hour. Saturday 11:15am-7:15pm, Sunday 1pm-7:15pm, Tuesday and Thursday 2pm-10pm and Friday 1:15pm-9:15pm.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
