Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver a high-quality, Judgement Free member experience at our Harrisburg club. You will answer phones, greet members, sign up new members, log amenities and support daily club operations.

Starting wage is $12 per hour with shifts 2pm–10pm Monday through Thursday and Friday 1pm–9pm. Increase milestones occur at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months thereafter on the anniversary date.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist with sign-ups.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
