National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Maryland. The role focuses on delivering superior member experiences, answering inquiries, and guiding new members through sign-up and tours.

Typical schedule is 9:00am–4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with hourly pay starting at $15 and incremental increases at anniversary dates. Benefits include PTO, health options, 401K with employer match, and growth opportunities as the company

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
