Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for Planet Fitness clubs. The role includes greeting members, signing up new members, logging amenities, answering inquiries, handling POS transactions, and promoting fitness classes.

Weekend mornings (7am-2pm) and some weekday mid-day shifts (11am-7pm) are available. Starting pay is $13 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversary date.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members and sign up new members, log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
