Job summary

Planet Fitness in Parma, OH is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a friendly, Judgement Free experience to members, prospective members and guests. You will answer phones, greet and sign up new members, and promote our fitness programs and products.

The role offers shift-differential pay, PTO, EAP, and a path for growth as many managers started as entry-level team members. Must be 18+ with basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Promote fitness instruction classes and merch purchases to members and guests.
