Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at a Planet Fitness club. The role offers a starting rate of $15 per hour with structured increases and opportunities to pick up additional shifts.

Typical shifts are Thursday and Friday 10am-6pm (16 hours), with potential overtime based on club needs. You will greet members, process signups, log amenities, and promote fitness classes while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
