Job summary

Planet Fitness in Harrisburg is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a high‑level member experience. You will answer calls, greet and sign up members, and promote fitness programs while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to members, guests and prospective members.
• Answer phones politely using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized club environment.
