Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide an exceptional member experience in a friendly, Judgement Free environment. You will greet members, sign up new members, answer questions, process purchases at the POS, and promote fitness classes while maintaining a clean club.

Requirements include customer service experience, availability on weekends/evenings, and basic computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Weekend/evening/early morning availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet Planet Fitness members and guests; sign up new members.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the script.
• Log amenities and promote fitness classes to members.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS; keep the club clean.
