Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for our Planet Fitness club. You will greet members, answer questions, sign up new members, process POS transactions, and promote fitness classes while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The role offers growth opportunities, shift-differential pay for select shifts, PTO, and a free Black Card Membership as part of benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer skills and data entry ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones courteously using information script and greet members.
• Sign up new members, log amenities, and assist with tours.
• Process purchases via POS system and promote classes.
