Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support Planet Fitness members and guests. The role includes greeting members, signing up new members, and guiding tours, while maintaining a clean, safe club environment.

The position offers growth opportunities, competitive pay with scheduled hourly increases, shift-differential pay for select shifts, PTO, an Employee Assistance Program, and a free Black Card Membership.

• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through POS
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment
