Job summary

Planet Fitness in Bucks County, PA is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior member experience. You will answer phones, greet members, sign up new members, log amenities, process sales at the POS, and promote group fitness classes (PE@PF) while keeping the club clean and safe.

This role offers growth opportunities, a progressive schedule with shift-differential pay on select shifts, and PTO for all employees.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
