Job summary

Planet Fitness in Baltimore is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide a superior member experience. You will answer phones, greet and sign up new members, log amenities, and process purchases at the POS.

You will promote fitness classes and maintain a clean club environment to ensure a Judgement Free experience. Requirements include customer service experience, basic computer proficiency, and being at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency is required to operate POS and member records.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and greet members in person.
• Sign up and tour new members, log amenities in the system.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to current and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
