Job summary

Shining Steps ABA seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time after-school hours in Missouri. Join a supportive team providing 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, clinic, and community settings.

You’ll implement plans from BCBA, collect data, and help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while receiving paid training and certification support. Flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance.
• Positive, patient, and professional attitude.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.
• Availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
