Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking caring, dependable Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Missouri. This part-time opportunity focuses on after-school hours, with sessions typically 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and some weekend options.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, clinic, and community settings, implement plans by a BCBA, collect data, and help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
