Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking caring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our growing team in Florissant, MO. This part-time after-school role focuses on providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents in home, school, clinic, and community settings.

You'll implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collect data, and help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.
• Availability during afternoon, evening and/or weekend hours.
• Willingness to complete the 40-hour RBT Training Course.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
