Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking caring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team for part-time after-school hours, typically 2:00 PM–8:00 PM, with weekend opportunities. We provide paid training and RBT certification support, plus ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs.

Roles include in-home, school, clinic, and community settings, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy, following BCBA-developed plans, and data collection to help children build communication and

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
