Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking caring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team in Farmington, MO. We offer flexible part-time after-school hours, with sessions typically from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and weekend opportunities.

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings, implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills. Paid training and RBT certification support are available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance.
• Positive, patient, and professional attitude.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.
• Availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
