Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Florissant, MO, is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for after-school hours. Expect 2:00 PM–8:00 PM sessions in home, school, clinic, and community settings for 1:1 ABA therapy with children and adolescents.

We offer paid training, RBT certification support, and ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs, plus flexible part-time scheduling and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.
• Availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
