Shining Steps ABA LLC is seeking caring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for after-school hours in Missouri. Sessions run 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with weekend options.

We offer paid training, RBT cert support, and mentorship from experienced BCBAs to help you grow in the ABA field. The role involves working 1:1 with children and adolescents in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings, following BCBA-developed plans and collecting data to

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work independently while following guidance.
• Positive, patient and professional attitude.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.
• Availability during afternoon, evening and/or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
