Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking caring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for after-school hours in Missouri. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, clinic, and community settings, following BCBA-developed plans and recording progress.

We offer paid training, RBT certification support, flexible part-time hours, and ongoing supervision in a collaborative team environment to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.
• Availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
