Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking caring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time after-school hours in Missouri. Typical sessions run 2:00 PM–8:00 PM, with weekends possible.

You’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, clinic, and community settings, following BCBA plans and collecting data. We offer paid training, RBT certification support, supervision from experienced BCBAs, and opportunities for career growth in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance
• Positive, patient, and professional attitude
• Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements
• Availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
