Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking caring, dependable Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for after-school hours in Missouri. This part-time role offers 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, clinic, and community settings with supervision from BCBA professionals.

Training, RBT certification support, and growth opportunities are provided. Ideal candidates are available 2:00 PM–8:00 PM and on weekends, possess strong communication, and are committed to teamwork and

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
