Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs and financial targets.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve outcomes.
• Build trusted customer relationships and address needs to maximize sales opportunities.
• Develop and execute call plans to optimize coverage and frequency with key customers.
• Share market insights with district and brand teams to align strategy.
• Differentiate AbbVie's value with health providers and identify disease state experts.
