Job summary

Counterpart Health is seeking a Provider Success Manager to establish and grow partnerships with primary care providers using Counterpart Assistant. You will own provider relationships, drive adoption through onboarding and training, and optimize engagement plans to achieve value-based care outcomes.

Travel up to 75% and reside in Dallas–Fort Worth counties is expected. You will collaborate with sales, product, and operations to refine offerings and demonstrate impact on patient care and cost

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in provider engagement, healthcare account management, or value-based care consulting.
• Proven ability to build collaborative clinician relationships and drive adoption.
• Deep understanding of primary care workflows and clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage provider relationships as the primary contact for PCP partners.
• Support provider onboarding and training with in-office workflows to drive adoption.
• Optimize engagement plans to maximize platform use and value-based outcomes.
• Lead data-driven reviews of provider performance, trends, and risks.
• Influence best-practice adoption across diverse PCP practices.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and operations to refine offerings.
