Job summary

Counterpart Health is seeking a Provider Success Manager to cultivate a portfolio of primary care partnerships and drive adoption of Counterpart Assistant across practices. You will translate Medicare and value-based care workflows into actionable enablement, identify opportunities, and collaborate with sales, product, and operations to improve provider outcomes while traveling up to 75%.

This role requires strong relationships, data-driven decision making, and the ability to coach clinicians

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in provider engagement, healthcare account management, or value-based care consulting.

Responsibilities

• Own & manage provider relationships and serve as primary contact for provider partners to drive adoption of Counterpart Assistant.
• Support provider recruitment activities as product SME and collaborate with CA GTM to onboard, train, and optimize in-office workflows.
