Job summary

Adventist Health is seeking a Provider Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment and retention plans, coordinate interview itineraries, travel, and relocation activities. The role requires close collaboration with the administrative team to ensure timely communications in the department and across the health system.

Located in Roseville/Glendale area, the role emphasizes patient- and candidate-facing hospitality, event coordination, and data/report support within a faith-based, nonprofit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
• Three years’ relevant experience: Preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills required
• Ability to coordinate recruitment events and travel logistics

Responsibilities

• Provides concierge services to potential provider recruits (travel assistance, expense reimbursements, etc.)
• Coordinates with hospitality coordinators and local team to ensure red-carpet candidate experience
• Prepares and sends materials essential for AH representation at local, regional and national recruitment events
• Assists management team with reports and presentations
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
