Job summary

SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium seeks a Provider Recruitment Coordinator to manage interview logistics, candidate travel, lodging, community tours, and data tracking within the Provider Services team.

You will partner with the Senior Provider Recruiter and hiring managers to design itineraries, ensure a seamless candidate experience, monitor spend, and support residency rotations and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years healthcare recruitment coordination experience.
• Familiarity with recruitment life cycle and travel/logistics management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Workday, and recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage comprehensive interview itineraries for provider candidates with hiring managers and clinical leaders.
• Coordinate candidate travel (flights, lodging, ground transportation) and logistics; troubleshoot disruptions.
• Schedule interviews, tours and send final itineraries to candidates and departments.
• Ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience from invitation through post-visit follow-up.
• Track recruitment metrics such as interview-to-offer conversion and candidate satisfaction; address feedback.
